You will be well served within this peaceful oasis where you can relax by the natural swimming pool or stroll through the acres of mature woodland. You are just a short drive from the vibrant market town of Ledbury where you will find an excellent choice of amenities offering good local food and crafts. Known for its unique black and white timber frame cottages lying on the border of Herefordshire Gloucestershire and Worcestershire this ideal location showcases the region s finest country and wealth of historic towns and villages including the Malvern Hills or the cathedral cities of Hereford Gloucester and Worcester. For the best of both worlds there is a train station just a short distance away to take a stress-free train ride on the direct Worcester and Hereford line to London. Drive through the electric gates and into the woodland and as daylight appears again you will gain your first glimpse of the cluster of traditional lodges. The wooden steps will lead you to the terrace where you can step inside to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area is spacious with comfortable sofas ready for you to sink into and relax after a day exploring there is also a Smart TV/DVD where you can enjoy a movie when the nights draw in. The kitchen/diner is set to the rear the kitchen is well-equipped with gas oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area offers seating for everyone to enjoy a meal together. When the day is done you can find two bedrooms just off the small hallway a comfortable king-size and a twin. Completing the accommodation is the shower room with shower and WC. Step outside onto the terrace at the rear of the property where there is seating for everyone to enjoy al fresco dining a great BBQ outdoor shower and private hot tub. You also have access to the natural outdoor swimming pool and a shared sauna and gym. There is allocated off-road parking for two cars. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 king size and 1 twin which can be made into a super king (request at time of booking) . 1 shower room with WC. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Smart TV/DVD in lounge. Terrace outside dining area and BBQ. Private hot tub seating 3 5 people and outside shower. Shared outdoor natural swimming pool, sauna and gym. Off road allocated parking for 2 cars. Dogs must be kept on a lead on site and in all the communal area.
