Located within five minutes from New Forest ancient landscape and the local village pub makes this an ideal spot for those looking to explore and appreciate the New Forest. Within just a short stroll you will find the New Forest with its ancient landscape with ponies and donkeys that roam freely as well as many other animals and wildlife. There are 100 miles of off road designated cycle routes or for town visits Lymington with its cobbled quay and excellent Saturday market is within a ten minute drive away. Featuring a cosy wood burning stove and relaxing décor the living room is great for unwinding and catching up with the family. The kitchen is well equipped with electric range cooker gas hob fridge/freezer dishwasher microwave coffee machine and small TV. For seasonal fresh ingredients there are plenty of nearby farm shops for picking up tasty essentials. Enjoy a meal around the large oak table in the dining room perfect for socialising log burner in dining room for decorative purposes only. There is also a handy cloakroom with WC and utility room on the ground floor. Upstairs are four bedrooms one with a super king-size bed and en-suite shower room and WC and two more bedrooms with super king-size beds that can be converted into two single beds each. The fourth bedroom has one single bed and there is a family bathroom with shower over bath and WC. There are lots of child facilities available to use such as a travel cot highchair booster seat changing mat and books and games to keep children entertained. Outside there is plenty of room for al fresco dining with garden furniture and a BBQ. The pretty patio and gardens are ideal for evening refreshments and there is buggy bike or canoe storage available in the garage. There s parking for up to three cars and two well-behaved dogs are welcome. The surrounding grounds are private and fenced off. Need to know: 1 super king size bed, 2 zip and link super king size beds which can be made into single beds and 1 single bed. 1 bathroom with shower over and WC, 1 further en suite shower room with WC to master super king bedroom and downstairs WC.
