A food-led local off Ledger Way in Wheatley Hills, on the north-east side of Doncaster and about ten minutes on foot from Sandall Park and the beat woods behind it. Its own dog-friendly page says the pub is very happy to welcome four-legged friends in the bar area and describes itself as a safe space for dogs, so the bar side is where you will be seated. There is a large beer garden which is the easier option in summer with a wet dog. The pub does not extend that welcome to its restaurant area in writing, so do not assume a table in the dining room.
