A quaint cottage offering a relaxing dog-friendly rural retreat. It s the perfect romantic bolthole for two. Nearby Lerryn (6 miles) takes you through woodland farmland and along the River Fowey with the village offering shops and a pub. The famous Camel trail at Bodmin (10 miles) offers spectacular views of moorland woodland and estuary and is used by walkers joggers cyclists and horse-riders. The Golitha Falls (7 miles) are well worth a visit as well as Siblyback Lake (9 miles) for a walk around the lake with your four-legged friends. Also nearby is the fishing port of Looe (10 miles) home to a sandy beach and colourful harbour where all the family can delight in seaside attractions whilst the vibrant hotspots of Fowey (15 miles) and Polperro (9.5 miles) are great for days out. Further afield visit the famous Lost Gardens of Heligan (25 miles). This fabulously quirky cottage offers good living spaces and a cosy feel. Enter the cottage and into a splendid lounge with a Smart TV and a comfy sofa bed which can sleep two extra guests. Up some steps and you will find the wonderful open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner complete with cosy seating a wood burner and a well-equipped kitchen and dining area. Take the stairs to the first floor where you can find one king-size bedroom with Velux windows. Completing the property is a shower room with a WC. Outside is a shared garden and a private enclosed front garden with a patio and garden furniture. There is also a BBQ so you can enjoy dining alfresco. Need to know: 1 bedroom king size. 1 shower room with WC. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine. Wood burner (guests to bring their own logs).
