Sea Palling
RIGHT NOW (JUL) · BANNED — REOPENS 1 OCT
No photo yet

Sand held in place by nine offshore reefs, which makes calm shallow lagoons at the gap and long empty stretches on either side. The gap itself carries a summer dog exclusion; walk out to the reefs east or west of it and the restriction ends. Parking and a cafe sit right at the top of the ramp.

THE SMALL PRINTNorth Norfolk District Council's dog Public Spaces Protection Order for Sea Palling beach and promenade excludes dogs from the marked (red) area between 1 May and 30 September and requires leads on the marked (blue) promenade area over the same dates. Breach can bring a fine of up to £1,000. Assistance dogs are exempt.
