Situated on the north-east coast of Norfolk Mundesley is a pretty Victorian seaside town bursting with tradition and charm as well as boasting beautiful wide sandy beaches beach huts and scenic walks such as the very popular circular walk. Along with a variety of shops pubs restaurants and cafes you are nestled in the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty which provides fantastic walks and is very popular with lovers of wildlife. A short drive will take you to the Norfolk Broads and the popular locations of Holt Cromer Overstrand and Sheringham are also only a short drive away. If it s some retail therapy you re looking for the historic cathedral city of Norwich is also within easy reach. You can t help but be taken back by the sea views as you approach and park up at this stylish bungalow and prepare to unload the car and begin your seaside holiday. Enter the hallway which feels warm and cosy with the soft carpet underfoot before you head toward the open-plan lounge dining and kitchen area. The lounge is a showstopper with clear views out to sea so relax on the comfortable sofa and put the Smart TV on whilst you enjoy watching your favourite show with the sea providing the ideal backdrop. There is a dining table with two chairs for you to enjoy a light snack or dinner which will be prepared in the home-away-from-home-style kitchen which has an electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washer/dryer. The bedroom also has glorious views along with a king-size bed dressing table with mirror and off from the bedroom you have your very own dressing room with drawers and wardrobe. There is a shower room with a shower WC and basin so revitalise your senses before heading out to explore the coastline. At the rear is an enclosed garden with a small patio leading to a gravelled area and outside dining table so take in the sea breeze while you sip on some cocktails and enjoy a spot of al fresco dining. There is private off-road parking for one car. Need to know: 1 king size bedroom. 1 shower room with shower cubicle and WC.
