Lossiemouth is a beautiful seaside town with two glorious golden sand beaches. Watch sunsets over the harbour or be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the Northern lights from the Moray Firth coast home to a large pod of bottlenose dolphins. Explore the 40 plus golf courses within a 50-mile radius or discover local whiskey and gin distilleries. Lossiemouth East beach is a perfect place for surfing and water sports throughout the year. Take a stroll over the dunes and spot the RAF planes from the nearby base whilst enjoying a local ice-cream! Visit the local Loch Spynie 5 miles by car or stroll along the peaceful trails where Otters are regularly spotted and look out for the wide variety of woodland birds. Enter through the front door into the hall where there is plenty of space for coats and boots. On the ground floor you can find the cosy living area. Relax in front of the wood burner and enjoy a film night on the wall mounted Smart TV. Step up to the fully fitted kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher Nespresso coffee machine and boiling tap. A very generous house perfect for extended family holidays. There is parking for three cars to the rear. Let the dogs run wild in the well-established enclosed garden while you relax on the patio or enjoy picking fresh fruit from the many trees in the garden. The garage Is the ideal place for storing surf boards and bikes there is also a chest freezer and washing machine in here. Wash those sandy pups after beach swims in the double dog shower.
