Well placed and just 6 miles from Shrewsbury the ancient medieval market town of Shropshire which is brimming with over 600 listed buildings including the castle and world-famous Abbey. Church Stretton an excellent base for the country lover and sportsman alike with walking and cycling for all abilities. For enthusiastic golfers The Shreswbury Golf Club is just 2 miles away. Much Wenlock a stunningly beautiful historic town birthplace of the modern Olympian movement and many unique shops tea rooms a 12th century priory and museum. National Trust properties to include Chirk and Powis Castles Erddig and Attingham Park with beautiful grounds and gardens. On entering the property you will find a well lit spacious lounge with TV and DVD player with multi-fuel burning stove for those cosy nights in relaxing on the sofa with a large double set of doors leading out to the private patio area.. Also on the ground level there is a open kitchen/diner which is well-equipped with electric oven and hob microwave dishwasher and fridge with freezer box with the added benefit of a utility room with washing machine and separate WC.
