Ground floor apartment of an attractive farmhouse SLEEPS 2 2 A great choice for keen walkers there are plenty of routes to be found from the doorstep including a good stroll into nearby Marazion for a hearty pub lunch or to browse the art galleries and independent shops. Jump in the car to reach Hayle s golden sandy beach perfect for surfers or nip across the bay to St Ives for a spot of retail therapy. Spread across the ground floor the accommodation is spacious and open-plan. The kitchen area is contemporary and bright with wooden flooring an electric cooker microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher washing machine and dining table to seat four. At the other end of the room is the cosy lounge area which has exposed ceiling beams a carpet and comfortable sofas one of which is a sofa bed. This is an inviting space in which to unwind after a long day of exploring and make the most of the Smart TV/DVD and hi-fi available. Next door the en-suite king-size bedroom is spacious and bright with a large window flooding the room with natural light and providing pretty views of the garden. Outside there is a beautiful enclosed garden with a large lawn and furniture perfect for enjoying an al fresco BBQ while the dogs make the most of the outdoor space. Need to know: Bedrooms 1 king size. Can accommodate extra guest (s) on request on sofa bed in lounge area. 1 shower room.
