The centre of the village still retains a Victorian feel with grand architecture and natural springs. The beautifully restored pavilion hosts a variety of cultural events including concerts plays and art exhibitions. There are several eateries to enjoy and walks suitable for all abilities surrounding Strathpeffer and the wider area including the region s highest mountain Ben Wyvis. Nearby Rogie Falls offers a chance to watch wild salmon leap up majestic rock falls whilst the rapids flow beneath the dramatic suspension bridge (4.5 miles). Inverness is located 21 miles away. Step inside this romantic retreat from the front porch into the spacious lounge/kitchen/diner. Relax in the lounge area on the large comfortable sofa after a day out exploring and convert the sofa into a bed if you have an extra guest staying. On a cooler evening light the wood burner to cosy up and enjoy a movie on the Smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen is the perfect place to cook up a hearty breakfast or evening meal which can be enjoyed together at the table.
