A restored street-corner pub at 1 Sunny Bar on the edge of Doncaster market, with a large public bar, a small snug and pavement seating outside, serving regional and unusual beers from the likes of Chantry, Neepsend, Imperial and Steel City alongside tea and coffee. The snug is the quiet option for a nervous dog while the main bar takes the weekend crowd and the live music. The Minster and the Don riverside path are both five minutes away, so it works as the pub at the end of a town walk. It is listed as dog friendly on CAMRA's WhatPub with no area excluded; that is the published record rather than the pub's own statement.
