The northern half of Paignton's seafront, backed by a green and a long row of beach huts. Like Paignton Sands it is on Torbay's restricted list and closed to dogs right through the summer, and the seafront path beside it is a lead-on stretch.

THE SMALL PRINTDogs are not allowed on Preston Sands between 1 May and 30 September. Assistance dogs are permitted all year.
