An interesting upside-down style property conveniently located in the village of West Camel. The village boasts a local pub and a bakery nearby and also many countryside walks perfect for a quiet Sunday stroll. Located close to the Somerset/Dorset border you are within easy reach of the historic towns of Castle Cary Bruton and Sherborne with its famous castles. Many day trips are within easy reach of the property such as the National Trust site of Stourhead The Fleet Air Arm Museum Haynes Motor Museum Hauser & Wirth art gallery Glastonbury with its Tor Clarks Village at Street and Longleat Safari Park. If you fancy a trip to the seaside slightly further afield you will find Brean Weston-Super-Mare or Burnham-on-Sea on the Somerset coast or Lyme Regis West Bay or Charmouth on the Dorset coast. There is also the option to enjoy the owner s 4 acres of farmland just a short stroll from the property where you can meet the chickens pigs and lambs. Upon entering this property the stairs will lead you up to the spacious lounge/dining area the high ceilings offer a real feeling of space. Relax after a long day and pick up a good book or challenge each other to a board game. Alternatively pop a film on and snuggle up. (sofa bed available on request) Leading off from the lounge/diner you will find the kitchen where you can cook up a storm fitted with a cooker hob microwave dishwasher washing machine fridge/freezer and coffee machine. Downstairs you will find the relaxing double bedroom which has patio doors to the enclosed patio seating area. There is also the en-suite shower/wet room and WC. Venturing outside you will find the enclosed garden/patio area perfect for sitting outside and enjoying the sunshine. Heated dog kennels are available on request for a donation to the owner s charity. Dog washing area on site.
