A pub on Dearne Hall Road at Low Barugh, on the River Dearne west of Barnsley and beside the Barnsley to Penistone railway. The pub states that dogs are welcome in the whole pub rather than the bar alone, with water bowls and treats kept for them. There is a beer garden and a car park. The riverside footpaths at Barugh Green and the old canal line towards Wilthorpe start within a few hundred yards, though the Wilthorpe Marsh reserve itself takes no dogs at all.
