The popular seaside town of Ilfracombe is only five miles away from the cottage and has many shops pubs and restaurants for visitors to discover. Surfers will love the golden sandy beaches at Woolacombe Croyde and Saunton whilst the rugged beauty of Exmoor is a must for hikers. This perfect family cottage is situated on a 20 acre farm and is 1 of 5 holiday properties on the complex and offers a unique holiday experience with so much to see and do off and on site! The cottage is access through the quaint farm courtyard and through the beautiful original barn door. The lounge/kitchen/diner is a welcoming space with TV DVD player Freeview video player perfect for those family evenings in. While you re at it why not snuggle up by the wood burner (first basket of logs included). The traditional kitchen area is fitted out with an electric oven and hob fridge/freezer microwave and handy washer/dryer as well as comfortable dining space for six people. Heading upstairs you will find the galleried double bedroom with scenic rural views complete with an en-suite bathroom with bath hand-held shower and WC. Across the hall there is an additional twin bedroom with en-suite shower and WC. Outside there is private fully enclosed patio area with garden furniture and rural views. Why not buy a disposable BBQ (can be purchased on site) and spend the evening eating alfresco? Onsite activities -Meet the farm animals (many of which are rescue animals) such as horses alpacas pigs donkeys rabbits chickens guinea pigs and ducks. This holiday offers a unique chance to let children enjoy nature in a farm setting thanks to the toddler friendly pets corner with pond dipping and animal handling. - Indoor play barn (shared) with pool table table tennis and other games perfect for those with a competitive streak. -Library that is well stocked with books children s toys and videos for everyone to enjoy. -Outside play area with swings and slide. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 double, 1 twin. 1 en suite bathroom with bath, hand held shower, and WC, 1 en suite shower room with WC. Enclosed private patio with garden furniture and rural views.
