A Marston's pub at 12 Peak Square in Crystal Peaks on the south-east edge of the city, doing home-cooked food every day and a Sunday carvery through the afternoon. Dogs are allowed in the tap room only, so the dining side and the function room are out; the tap room is the plainer, harder-floored half and has its own entrance. There is a garden and a car park, and Rother Valley Country Park and the Shirebrook Valley nature reserve are both a short drive. The tap-room-only rule is recorded in CAMRA's Sheffield branch survey rather than by the pub itself.
