Situated on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds within 3 miles of the market town Louth which offers an abundance of independent shops cafes and pubs to explore. There are many walks and cycle routes in the area and the beach at Donna Nook is 13 miles away (famous for its seal colony) is a popular day out for the whole family especially during a winter break. For those wishing to visit seaside resorts Skegness (20 miles) and the Victorian resort of Mablethorpe (19 miles) with its superb beaches are within easy reach. Cadwell Park racing circuit is 7 miles away and for those that enjoy golf there are several courses within 15 miles. Step into the lounge/kitchen/diner the stylish kitchen has everything you need for cooking up a meal for everyone an electric oven and hob microwave fridge with ice compartment and dishwasher. The breakfast bar has space for four and is ideal for tucking into a hearty breakfast before heading out for the day. In the lounge area it a comfortable corner sofa and wall mounted Smart TV. There is a fully enclosed dog exercise paddock with outdoor seating meaning your four-legged friends will love. The property offers ample off-road parking at the property. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 king size zip and link (which can be made into twin on request), 1 double. 1 shower room with WC. Electric oven and hob, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher and microwave. Shared laundry room available with washing machine. 2 small/medium or 1 large dog. Dogs must be kept on a lead in all the communal areas and gardens, dog pens are available on request). Shared lawn space, 6 acres of fields with benches and BBQ. Livery facilities available at an additional cost. Smart TV and Blu ray (wirelessly connected) in lounge. There is a self propelled travel wheelchair weight limit up to 115Kg available for hire @ 20.00 per week by prior arrangement with the owner. Ample off road parking. Shop 2 miles and pub within 1 mile.
