Just outside the city (under 4 miles) the atmospheric ruins of Fountains Abbey make for a wonderful day trip whilst the Nidderdale AONB is just 11 miles away and the Yorkshire Dales 15 miles away providing a spectacular backdrop for enjoying relaxing walks. Attached to the owner s home is this completely renovated cottage offering stylish and contemporary accommodation for friends and families seeking an escape to the Yorkshire countryside. The interior boasts a wonderful open-plan social space incorporating a kitchen dining area and lounge. There is an additional room on the ground which is great for children with a sofa- bed and Smart TV. Venture up the stairs to the first floor to discover two well-appointed bedrooms a double and a twin room. Both are furnished with comfortable beds for a restful night s sleep and space to store your belongings. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and a WC. Outside is a tranquil patio and tiered garden on two upper levels where you can sit peacefully and listen to the local birdlife while you enjoy a glass of your favourite tipple in the courtyard patio.
