This pretty barn conversion is situated on the edge of Bodmin Moor and is accessed via a private lane which brings guests to the owner s farm spanning ten acres of land. The tranquillity here makes it a fantastic location for those who want to get away from the stresses of everyday life yet still be within easy reach of Cornwall s most popular destinations and both coasts. Bodmin Moor is a paradise for walkers you are surrounded by dozens of footpaths and bridleways right from your doorstep. Heading to the south coast you will find the harbour towns of Fowey and Polperro within 11 miles and to the north you can visit Port Issac (famed in the Doc Martin TV show) try fish and chips at Rick Steins in Padstow and enjoy the rugged coast path and top surf spots at Polzeath and Newquay. Also close by the world famous Eden Project several National Trust properties and cyclists will enjoy the trails at Cardinham. This tastefully converted conversion is a wonderful place for a holiday with its comfortable and well-appointed accommodation. On entering the property you will notice original features such as exposed beams and slate flooring. The lounge has a Smart TV and DVD player which guests can watch from the reclining corner sofa. The kitchen/diner has space to comfortably seat four at the dining table and is well-equipped with an electric cooker microwave fridge with small freezer section dishwasher Nescafe coffee machine washing machine and CD player/radio. The property s two bedrooms both benefit from their own en-suite shower rooms with WC. The first is a double room while the second is a twin. There is a stairgate available for the top of the staircase. Outside the property has an enclosed rear patio with private hot tub outdoor furniture and a charcoal BBQ. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin. 2 en suite shower rooms with WC. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher, Nescafe coffee machine, washing machine and CD player/radio. Smart TV and DVD player in lounge. Private hot tub.
