Exiting through the gate to the rear of the cottage you are immediately on the path out towards the beach. Feel the crisp sea breeze on your face and take in the panoramic coastal views. Experience the thrill of spotting seals basking on the sandbanks and a myriad of bird species gracing the skies. Immediately at the back of the cottage there is a decked area and summer house with comfortable seating. At the front of the property there is an enclosed lawned area as well as a shed for bike storage. Need to know: 3 bedrooms 1 king size, 1 king size zip and link (which can be split into twin 2 ft 6 beds on request) and 1 single bedroom. 1 downstairs bathroom with shower over bath and WC, 1 upstairs cloakroom with WC. Electric double oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Utility area with washer/dryer. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Smart TV.
