Situated just a 7.5-mile drive from the Peak District town of Matlock and 16 miles to the stunning Chatsworth House and Gardens. It is easy to fill your days exploring the quieter footpaths that leave the village and enjoy a quieter pace of life. Crich Tramway village home of the national tramway museum is 4 miles away where you can be transported back to days gone by. The spacious hallway offers a warm welcome and leads through to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Notice the exposed oak frame adding interest throughout the accommodation. Put your feet up on the sofa and watch a film on the wall mounted smart TV by the fire. The kitchen is dressed to perfection and offers a handy kitchen island where you can sit and chat while cooking. There is a beautiful garden room that overlooks the garden with comfy seating an ideal place to curl up with a good book. Take long lie-ins in the bedroom with a king-size bed and get ready for the day ahead in the nearby shower room. Outside there is an enclosed garden with a patio situated within the shared grounds of the owner s property with outdoor dining furniture and BBQ overlooking the paddocks offering a wonderful space to sit and enjoy the fresh air. Guests are welcome to explore the garden throughout the year and enjoy the seasonal home-grown vegetables on offer. Need to know: 1 king size bedroom. 1 shower room with WC. Electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and microwave. Wood burner logs provided. Smart TV in the lounge with Sky TV, movies and Netflix!. Enclosed patio with seating and BBQ. Dog exercise paddock. Private parking for 2 cars. Pub within 1 mile, shop within 2 miles. Regret no infants . Decorated for Christmas . Please note the property is located in the owner's garden and the owner has a friendly dog who may come and visit. .
