The property is set in an elevated position in Y Felinheli near the royal town of Caernarfon. Here you can explore the narrow streets and waterfront development with its shops restaurants cinema theatre and galleries. Visit the 13th century castle take a trip on a steam train with the Welsh Highland Railway or cruise on the Menai Straits. Bangor is also nearby as are the pretty harbour town of Beaumaris on Isle of Anglesey and Snowdonia National Park. Full of character the beautifully restored cottage has exposed beams and period features aplenty and has nautical decor throughout to reflect the surrounding area. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner has a feature fireplace and a wood burner effect electric fire as well as a TV and DVD CD and iPod dock. In the kitchen area you ll find an electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine and there s a tumble dryer in the utility room. Relax in the conservatory and take in the incredible coastal views. The cottage has two bedrooms - one double with an en-suite shower and WC and one bunk bedroom - and a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. Heading outside you ll find a terrace with a BBQ and garden furniture where you can relax and look out over the sea with a glass of wine or enjoy an al fresco dinner.
