Nestled within a luxury lodge resort in the scenic countryside of East Ayrshire this tranquil retreat is an ideal haven for families and friends seeking a relaxing and peaceful getaway. The secluded rural setting provides an excellent backdrop for local country walks and off-road cycling while proximity to various golf courses caters to avid golfers. Near to the lodge are lochans stocked with three varieties of trout making it an appealing destination for enthusiastic fishermen. If you want to explore further afield you can enjoy easy access to Clyde Muirshiel Regional Park (19 miles) and Troon Beach (16 miles). Additionally a short train ride from Kilmarnock (5 miles) leads to cultural and entertainment experiences in Glasgow where you ll find fantastic shops restaurants and nightlife. As you step into this stylish lodge be greeted by a handy utility area with a washing machine and plenty of space to hang up your coats and kick off muddy walking boots. You will then be welcomed by the social heart of the home - an airy open-plan lounge kitchen and dining area. The lounge area provides an inviting space for relaxation with comfortable sofas where you can unwind and enjoy your favourite movies on the Smart TV - the perfect way to end a day of exploring amidst the tranquil surroundings. The well-appointed kitchen is a culinary haven making it effortless to whip up delicious meals while the elegant dining area is an ideal spot to savour meals with loved ones whilst taking in the beautiful views. As you continue down the hallway you will find the cosy main bedroom with its king-size bed Smart TV and en-suite shower room. The second and final bedroom offers a cosy twin and another Smart TV and is served by the family bathroom. Heading outside step onto the spacious decking boasting a hot tub and uninterrupted views over the lochan where you can enjoy al fresco morning coffees and evening meals. Adjacent to the lodge is a shared and enclosed outdoor area. If you re not in the mood to cook for yourself you can treat the gang to a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and bistro.
