This coastal retreat is perfectly situated within walking distance of the beautiful beach of Kennack Sands which is renowned for its golden sands and clear water. There are cafes a surf school and lifeguards that ensure safe family swimming during the summer months. It is the perfect location to introduce the children to the Cornish water and a real gem for surfers of all abilities. If you fancy a change of scenery why not visit the picturesque fishing village of Coverack which has a small sand and pebble beach on the eastern coast of the Lizard Peninsula. Further afield you have plenty of fun-filled days out with Flambards Adventure Park Stithians Lake Country Park and Lizard Lighthouse Heritage Centre. Once inside this delightful modern building take the lift or stairs up to the apartment. As you enter this remarkable penthouse apartment to your right is the stunning open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining which boasts apex windows sliding doors - fitted with remote-controlled solar-powered blinds - and a Juliet balcony which allows you to sit back and enjoy the fabulous sea views. Conveniently the open-plan accommodation is arranged across one level and within the lounge area you have ample seating Smart TV with Netflix for relaxing nights in. If you decide to stay in and cook there is a well-equipped kitchen with an electric oven and hob microwave and fridge/freezer. You don t even need to do the dishes as there is a dishwasher in the kitchen to do the work for you. From the lounge area you ll find two bedrooms a king-size with sea views and it s very own en-suite shower and WC and a further twin. You will also find the main bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. Heading outside you can walk to the beach within ten minutes or head down by car if you prefer. Later on pop to the nearby pub for a bite to eat during the evening. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 king size and 1 twin. 1 bathroom and 1 shower room (tablet holder for iPhones, tablets etc). Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine . Allocated parking for 1 car. Beach, pubs and shops within walking distance.
