This property is ideally situated for those who like to get away from it all. It enjoys a quiet rural location and yet is just two miles from the village of Buckland Brewer where visitors may like to take advantage of the popular pub and traditional butchers. The town of Bideford is just nine miles away offering a twice weekly market and a range of independent shops. A little further afield the attractive harbour villages of Appledore and Clovelly are interesting places to spend a day. Cross the patio area and enter the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner of this converted stone barn where the accommodation is arranged all on one level. There is evidence here of its former life with its exposed brickwork and beams and guests will enjoy cosying up in front of the wood burner effect electric fire whilst watching the TV and DVD from the comfortable sofa and armchair. There is a small dining table perfect for two guests and the corner kitchen is equipped with an oven hob microwave and fridge with ice compartment. A door from this room leads to the property s pretty country-style double bedroom off from which is the en-suite shower room with WC. Outside there is a patio area with seating a perfect spot for an early morning coffee or perhaps a little stargazing in the evening thanks to the area s unspoilt skies. Keen walkers will like the fact that the property has direct access to the public footpath and it may be possible to walk the owner s land by prior permission.
