Perfect for couples friends and small families cosily decorated with stylish furniture with miles of rural walks to be explored from the front door. The town of Belper is 2.5 miles away and is known for being an attractive riverside market town with a rich industrial heritage located at the centre of the Derwent Valley Heritage Site. The town offers independent local shops including artisan bakeries and delicious delis. For evening entertainment the town offers restaurants cocktail bars micropubs and an independent Art Deco cinema. Nearby Belper River Gardens (3 miles) offers waterside peace and tranquillity with a children s playground and rowing boats and it may be hired throughout the summer months. Visit Belper North Mill for an informative day out giving a nod to days gone by (3 miles) or the home of Denby Pottery (2.5 miles) with a wonderful factory shop and cafe. Step into the cottage and enter the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner a social space to relax with good company. Put your feet up on the comfy sofa by the fire or enjoy a celebration meal around the nearby dining table. The kitchen offers everything you need to rustle up a meal during your stay with the benefit of a nearby utility room. On the first floor you will find a bedroom with a nearby bathroom and on the second floor you will find a further bedroom with field views from the skylight window. The garden is located a few steps from the back door through a communal walkway. Take the steps up into the garden a hidden gem where you will find a bubbling hot tub decking with outdoor seating and a wonderful garden room with comfy seating. There is even a dog shower for our four-legged friends in the yard a welcome addition after long muddy walks. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 super king size zip and link bed (which can be made into a twin set upon request) and 1 double bedroom. Bathroom with free standing bath, shower and WC. Electric oven and hob, fridge, and microwave. Utility room with freezer and washing machine. Welcome Pack. Travel cot, highchair and baby monitor available on request. Wood burner (first basket of logs provided). Smart TV in lounge. Fully enclosed garden situated a few steps from the back door with a hot tub, outdoor seating, and garden room. On street parking (subject to availability). Pub and shop within 1 mile. Owner may take 3 dogs dependant on size.
