Conveniently set in the heart of this bustling seaside town with Louisa Bay and Viking Bay beaches located at the end of the road this is the perfect base for couples and families to enjoy a fun-filled holiday exploring the Kent coast and beyond. A short stroll takes you to the centre of Broadstairs (0.5 miles) famously favoured by Charles Dickens and offering no less than seven nearby sandy beaches as well as an attractive harbour mini golf and a cliff-top promenade. With its many independent shops restaurants and pubs there is something for everyone. Water sports enthusiasts will enjoy trying out the range of activities on offer at Viking Bay Beach and keen walkers and cyclists will enjoy the scenic coastal Viking Trail to Margate and Ramsgate. A bright and airy hall welcomes you into this property where there is space for dropping off shoes and coats before heading through to the welcoming lounge which has been furnished with comfy seating and a Smart TV for relaxing after a busy day at the beach. There are also board games available to keep all amused of an evening. Continuing along the hallway there is a well-equipped kitchen with everything you may need for whipping up a delicious meal before heading into the dining room at the rear of the property which overlooks the garden and is the perfect place to enjoy family meals or curl up on the sofa with a good book. The ground floor is completed with a cloakroom with WC. Heading upstairs there are two light and bright bedrooms; a super-king-size bedroom at the front of the property with an en-suite shower room and a super-king-size zip-and-link bedroom at the rear of the property that can be made into a twin on request. This bedroom has the use of the family bathroom. Stepping outside from the dining room you ll find a lovely fully enclosed garden with a patio area with a table and chairs and a charcoal BBQ perfect for enjoying a relaxing afternoon in the garden. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 super king size and 1 super king size zip and link (that can be made into twin beds on request). 2 bathrooms 1 en suite shower room with WC, 1 bathroom with shower over bath and WC, and 1 separate ground floor WC. Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, Lavazza coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and washing machine. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available. Smart TV in the lounge. Enclosed garden with patio, table and chairs and charcoal BBQ. On street parking (subject to availability). Beach, shop, and pub within 500 metres. 1 dog or 2 small dogs welcome.
