Enjoy an array of water sports including windsurfing canoeing and sailing in the towns large shallow bay. Within easy reach of the historic town of Arbroath famed for the Arbroath Smokie with its splendid abbey historic harbour long sandy beaches and stunning sandstone cliffs. The vibrant city of Dundee is close at hand with its excellent shopping and leisure facilities. The immediate area is perfect for walking cycling mountain biking and hiking with wonderful coastal paths woodland walks country trails and the magnificent Angus Glens all within easy reach. Entering the charming luxurious single-storey detached lodge from the garden step into the light bright and spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The comfortable lounge area with wood burner idea for cosy nights in is also the perfect place to relax and enjoy your favourite TV program or perhaps watch a movie. The bespoke kitchen area is well-equipped with electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and coffee machine. Enjoy a meal in the lovely dining area taking in the splendid views over the front garden. Next you are met with the beautiful spacious master double bedroom with TV and wonderful views over the garden and surrounding countryside from the delightful window seat. Completing the accommodation is the stylish shower room with rain shower and WC. Venturing outside you will find the fully enclosed front garden with seating area. Ideal for al fresco dining and to enjoy the views over the beautiful countryside perhaps with a good local ale or a nice glass of wine. There is also an abundance of wildlife and birds that visits the garden. There is ample off-road parking directly in front of the property. Need to know: 1 bedroom double. 1 shower room.
