This well-positioned holiday cottage is just 2 miles from the coastal village of Saundersfoot. Saundersfoot is popular with locals and tourists alike due to its good selection of shops restaurants and bars plus a vast golden sand beach to enjoy. Take the walk along the old tramway to Coppet Hall Beach where dogs are permitted all year round in designated areas. If you enjoy a longer hike Saundersfoot offers excellent access to the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. Take a walk to nearby Wiseman s Bridge or the ever-popular Tenby and take in the fantastic coastal views. For family days out you are truly spoilt for choice Folly Farm can be reached in under 2 miles and Oakwood Theme Park is 6.5 miles away. The property is accessed via some external steps up to an enclosed courtyard and the front door. Step into the stylishly designed kitchen. There is an electric oven and hob fridge/freezer and microwave plus all the crockery and cooking utensils you could need to rustle up a hearty breakfast to start the day or a picnic for a day at the beach. Just off the kitchen is the open-plan dining area which leads through to the lounge. There is a dining table for four offering excellent space to enjoy meals together or simply sit around enjoying a board game. The lounge has two comfortable sofas centred around the television and a cosy electric fire. After a day of exploring the coast relax together with your favourite films or TV shows. The corridor leading off from the lounge gives you access to the two bedrooms and the bathroom. Both bedrooms are doubles and equipped with storage for your clothing and belongings and views to the front of the property. The bathroom has a shower and WC. Externally the property benefits from a good size garden accessed via some externals steps. The garden is laid with established bushes and shrubs making it a very picturesque spot to enjoy a BBQ or a glass of wine in the sun. Garden furniture and a firepit have been provided to make the most of the space throughout the seasons. To the front there is an enclosed patio area with further outdoor seating. There is on-road parking outside the property (subject to availability). Need to know: 2 bedrooms 2 doubles. 1 shower room with shower and WC.
