An eccentric, art-hung inn standing in a thousand-acre deer park, where the Elk Room steaks are cooked over an open fire in front of you. Dogs are more than welcome and stay in the designated dog-friendly rooms, with a bed, bowl, shampoo and washing facilities laid on. Book the dog add-on when you book the room.

THE SMALL PRINTDogs must be booked into one of the designated dog-friendly rooms. There are red and fallow deer loose in the park around the pub.
