A whitewashed former farmworkers' cottage turned pub in a hamlet ringed by the hills of Upper Wharfedale, with flagstone floors, low beams and a big stone fireplace. Dogs are welcome and there is a jar of dog treats kept on the bar. Note it closes on Mondays and Tuesdays and can shut early on quiet nights.
