This property is surrounded by beautiful farmland and is located only five miles from the Devon/Cornwall border. The North Devon coastline is a short drive away with its sandy beaches and rocky shorelines. Visitors can relax on the beach or walk the coastal path to enjoy beautiful sea views. The popular tourist locations of Hartland Quay and the pretty village of Clovelly are also nearby. Families can enjoy a day out at attractions such as The Milky Way The Big Sheep Tapeley Park and RHS Rosemoor Gardens. The property is approached by a gravel path and adjoins the owner s farmhouse. The cottage is centrally heated and additional heating is also provided by a wood burner in the cosy lounge (first basket of logs included). The lounge area has a TV DVD player. A selection of DVD s and board games are also available. The kitchen is accessible from the diner up four steep cottage style steps it is equipped with an electric oven and hob microwave dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The dining room has a table and seating for four people. The family size bathroom is located off the kitchen with shower over bath WC and washer in a separate cupboard that is accessed by a couple of steps. There is one double bedroom with a TV and a large en-suite shower room and WC plus one twin bedroom with zip-and-link beds (which can be made into a king on request). Outside the property is a fully enclosed private garden with table chairs and a BBQ area. The garden is accessed from the back door and captures the sun during the afternoon and evening. There are also steps leading up to grassed area with a private gate allowing access to the owner s land. Guests dogs are allowed to run free over the owner s fields. There is a fishing lake on site guests will need to bring their own rods. Guests are welcome to take walks though the ten-acre farmland which has well kept grass paths around the farm boundary river and lake. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 Double, 1 twin/king (zip and link). 1 bathroom with shower over bath and WC, 1 en suite shower room with WC. Electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Washer located in bathroom cupboard. Travel Cot and highchair available. Wood burner (first basket of logs provided). Lounge area has a TV, DVD player. Double bedroom has a TV. Guests welcome to take walks around owners land. Enclosed area with outside seating and BBQ. Fishing lake on site, please bring your own rods. Ample off road parking. Shops 2 miles, pub 2miles, beach 8 miles. Some online grocery deliveries accepted within the area.
