Nestled in an idyllic position at the foot of the splendid Loch Long this property boasts magnificent coastal and mountain views without having to leave the front door. Situated in the pretty coastal village of Cove there are great local amenities nearby including a restaurant serving an excellent range of daily meals a handy local country store tearooms and a sailing club for water sports enthusiasts. Tour the Clyde Sea Loch Trail visit Linn Botanic Gardens situated at the head of Cove Bay or enjoy fantastic walking and biking routes with coastal country and forest trails to explore in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There is also a regular passenger ferry from Kilcreggan to Gourock with direct train links to the vibrant city of Glasgow. Step inside this wonderful second-floor coastal apartment into the hall the perfect space to store your outdoor clothing and head through to the light and bright lounge. Relax on the comfortable sofa (that can convert into a double sofa bed if required) after a day out exploring the local area. Watch a great movie on the Smart TV with an Amazon Fire stick or just sit back and enjoy the wonderful loch views. On those cooler evenings light up the wood burner (first basket of logs provided). There is also a spacious and comfortable dining area located in the lounge s beautiful bay window with spectacular views over Loch Long and the surrounding mountains. Next is the well-equipped kitchen which is ideal for cooking up a storm with an electric oven and hob fridge with icebox microwave washing/dryer and window seat where you can relax and admire the splendid loch and glen views. Continuing back through the hall you are met with the spacious and sumptuous master king-size bedroom with ample storage space and quirky lamps with built-in USB points. There is also a stylish shower room with a shower cubicle and a WC. Finally completing this fantastic property is the bunk bedroom with two single beds. Venturing outside there is a shared fully enclosed rear garden/courtyard with seating areas for alfresco dining or night time stargazing. There is private off-road parking available at the front of the property for two cars and additional on-street parking (subject to availability).
