Sitting in its own private road below the owner s home this apartment is just a stone s throw from Fistral beach dog friendly all year round one of the UK s most popular surfing destinations and a great family beach. After a morning by the sea take a stroll into the town centre for a bite to eat or to pick up some shopping in this fast-growing foodie destination. For a great day out for the whole family visit one of the many nearby tourist attractions which include Newquay Zoo Waterworld Blue Reef Aquarium and Dairy Land. Inside the lounge/diner is open plan bright and spacious with a coastal theme that reflects the stunning views. After a long day exploring the local area warm up beside the gas fire while making the most of the TV/DVD available. The kitchen is clean and contemporary and contains an electric oven hob dishwasher microwave American-style fridge/freezer and washing machine while a tumble dryer is located in a utility cupboard. There are two light and bright bedrooms one king-size with en-suite shower room and WC and one twin also the family bathroom with walk in shower and WC. This property has full electric heating for the winter months to keep you cosy and warm. During the summer months dine al fresco while taking in the stunning views from the private patio area which has garden furniture and a gas BBQ.
