This pretty 17th-century cottage is on the edge of the seaside village of Croyde which is famous for its beautiful sandy beach perfect for swimming surfing and other water sports. Relax with a picnic in the sand dunes or stroll around the shops cafes and pubs. Another local beach is the wonderful Woolacombe set 4 miles away and offering 3 miles of golden sands. Part of Woolacombe Beach is dog friendly so you can take your four-legged friends with you and enjoy a relaxing day on the beach. For golf enthusiasts only 3 miles away is a Mortehoe and Woolacombe Golf Course a beautiful 36-hole championship links golf open to visitors. Walkers will be spoilt for choice when it comes to trails with the South West Coast Path to explore or you can venture a bit further (13 miles) to Exmoor National Park with its stunning woodland walks and magical moorlands where you will see the red deer and Exmoor ponies wandering the hillsides. As you step into this thatched cottage with its quirky charm you will walk straight into the dining room and from here enter through into the lounge where you can relax and enjoy a movie on the Smart TV with family and friends after a day of adventure. Enjoy cooking a hearty breakfast or a favourite recipe in the fully equipped kitchen. Completing the downstairs layout is a charming family bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC. When night falls take the steep stairs up to the two bedrooms and take your pick between the beautiful twin room and a wonderful double bedroom for a comfortable night s sleep. Stepping outside the cottage is a lovely area with outdoor seating where you can enjoy a morning coffee or a favourite tipple. Take a few steps into the lawned enclosed garden with garden furniture to relax in the peaceful surroundings and enjoy the views across the beautiful countryside.
