This area is ideal for exploring the Lake District Eden Valley Hadrian s wall the Scottish Borders and the North East. It is a great central point to meet up with friends and family located equal distances between the historic city of Carlisle and the market town of Penrith with its independent shops and cafes. Take a trip to Keswick just a drive away or enjoy a boat trip on Ullswater lake stopping off to explore. This stunning lodge is the perfect place to getaway and enjoy luxury comforts. As soon as you enter the open-plan living space you will see the detail and expense the owners have gone to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The lounge boasts two sofas and a footstool surrounding the flame effect electric fire and Smart TV. The kitchen is stylish with all you need to cook up a feast for any meal. There is a gas oven and hob dishwasher fridge/freezer washer/dryer and microwave. Head on down the hall where you will find the comfortable bedrooms with the master bedroom housing a king-size bed with TV and plenty of storage space with a walk in wardrobe plus a en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Also off the hall is the twin room and a shower room with shower and WC. The decking area has been tastefully created to reflect comfort with seating area and your own private hot tub so you can enjoy those lovely evenings with a drink under the stars. There is private parking for two cars. Need to know: 2 bedrooms: 1 king size and 1 twin room. 1 en suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC and 1 shower room with WC. Gas oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Smart TV in lounge and TV in king size bedroom. Private parking for 2 cars. Decking with seating . BBQ Stand (please provide own BBQ). Private hot tub. Welcome pack and toiletries provided. Towels not included (can be hired from owner on arrival at a charge of 15 for the lodge). 1 small or medium dog only, please note that large dogs will not be allowed on this site . Please be advised all dogs must be kept on a lead within the grounds . Check in for the lodge is from 3pm and closes at 8pm . Paddock space available for horses at an additional charge (please ask on booking). This property can only be booked as a standalone property and not in conjunction with a larger group booking involving other properties on site.. New for November 2024 on site bar and restaurant (Open for food Wednesday Sunday see opening hours locally booking advisable).
