Whichever your preference - coastline or countryside - you are spoilt with options for both as this home is just 12 miles from the South Devon coast which offers a stunning range of golden beaches. Why not take a trip into the coastal hot spots of Dartmouth and Brixham which both provide a fantastic selection of shops cafés and restaurants as well as their beautiful harbours. All of this within 23 miles of the tent itself. This wooden-framed canvas safari tent is the ultimate rural retreat; it s spacious enough for couples friends and family all to enjoy at ease. The tent is comfortably furnished so there will be no need to do without those little home comforts. The living space contains a corner sofa log burner power sockets charging points and soft lighting. The kitchen has a two-ring electric hob fridge and microwave. The dining space is situated just outside on the terrace space so you can relax in the sun at breakfast. Make your way through the sliding doors into each of the two bedrooms provided: the first bedroom contains a double bed and the second bedroom has bunk single beds. Situated between the bedrooms is the shower room containing a shower and WC. This can be accessed independently from each bedroom. Making your way outside the tent you will see why this is the ultimate place to relax. The eco-friendly wood-fired hot tub offers the perfect way to unwind with family and friends. The crackle of the wood fire and the soothing sensation of deep hot water guarantees a unique and relaxing experience. You also have the luxury of a fire pit and outdoor seating where you can roast those marshmallows in the evening. There is ample parking for two cars directly outside the tent. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed. 1 bathroom shower and WC. Two ring electric hob, Air fryer, fridge with an ice compartment and microwave. High chair and travel cot available on request. Wood burner (first basket of logs provided extra wood can be purchased from the honesty shop on site). A supply of games provided. Breakfast hamper can be ordered (pay direct to the owner). Wood fired hot tub, fire pit and seating directly in front of the safari tent. Private off road parking for 2 cars directly outside the tent. Dogs must be on a lead at all times due to freely roaming poultry. Dogs are not allowed on the bedding or the furniture. Beach 7.5 miles, shop 2 miles and pub 2 miles. Situated on a working farm.
