Enter the single-story property into the entrance hall and move into the spacious cosy lounge. Offering plenty of comfy seating a large Lakeland stone fireplace and mood lighting it s a perfect space for relaxing or watching a movie on the large Smart TV. From here head around the corner to the dining room which features a long dining table and seating for everyone - perfect for celebrating a special occasion which also boasts a large TV. The large original kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and induction hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and breakfast bar seating area. A utility room is just off the kitchen and has storage space along with a sink washing machine and dryer. Off the hall you will find the main bathroom with a shower over bath and WC and a enclosed boot room perfect for storing muddy boots after a day of exploring. It also has an atrium situated right in the middle of the property - an ideal space for sitting and relaxing or reading a book in the peaceful surroundings this lodge has. Continuing along the hallway you come to four comfy bedrooms: two doubles an adjacent king-size with en suite shower room Jack and Jill sinks and WC and a twin room. The twin room is accessed through the king size bed room and has its own access to the atrium. All bedrooms have floor-to-ceiling windows. Outside to the rear is a large patio area with a large hot tub and plenty of garden furniture for dining alfresco with 2 BBQs. Towards the front of the property is where you will find the fire pit with seating area over looking fields perfect for roasting marshmallows. A full-size table tennis table football table and dedicated games room with other indoor and outdoor games make this family home the perfect place for children to play whilst the adults relax. The lodge is pet-friendly and there is plenty of private parking space.
