Sheffield's original food hall, in a converted cutlery works on Neepsend Lane at the Kelham Island end of the valley, with independent kitchens ranged round a hard-floored industrial hall and a long bar. The venue's own FAQ answers the dog question directly: well-behaved dogs are always welcome, though no other pets are. Floors are concrete and polished timber and the tables are communal benches, so a dog sits at your feet rather than under a snug seat, and it gets loud at weekends. Useful at the end of the Five Weirs Walk or a Kelham Island circuit, and open from nine in the morning seven days.
