Perfectly placed for exploring all the best Cornwall has to offer. On the doorstep of Bodmin Moor don your walking boots and explore the peaks or take a cycle ride to a very welcome pub. The market town of Camelford with pub and full range of shops is within walking distance and accesses the Camel Way that runs along the river. Travel to nearby Wadebridge for a leisurely cycle on the Camel Trail to Padstow a foodies paradise with bistros independent shops and trendy cafes. The pet friendly beach Trebarwith Strand with pub café and shops is a short drive away. Other close beaches include Tregardock Daymer Bay and Polzeath renowned for surfing. The popular village of Port Isaac famed in the TV series Doc Martin is an easy drive as are Tintagel and Boscastle. Nearby Attractions also include Kings Arthur s Castle The Eden Project Lanhydrock Estate and many National Trust properties and gardens. The dining area with TV and its central granite fireplace and wood burning stove is a great place to gather for a chitchat about the days adventures or relax with a good book enjoying the morning sunshine. The lounge located across the hallway with traditional wooden floors open fire and exposed beams overlooks the square what better place to kick back and relax before taking in your favourite movie on the smart TV/DVD (with BTTV with sports channels). The utility room is also located on the ground floor with washing machine tumble dryer fridge/ freezer and WC. A traditional staircase leads you to the first floor where the three bedrooms can be found a double with en-suite shower room with rainfall shower and WC. A further double with lovely views over the square and a twin bedroom overlooking the garden. The bathroom is also located on the first floor with shower over bath and WC. Heading outside to the rear of the property is a beautiful generous sized enclosed garden area laid to lawn with a picnic bench along with garden storage for bikes. Need to know: 3 bedrooms 2 doubles and 1 twin. 1 bathroom, 1 en suite shower room and 1 separate WC downstairs. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer. Wood burner and open fire (first basket of logs included). Parking for 2 cars maximum, is available on a first come first serve basis in front of the cottage. In busier times more parking is available nearby.. Beach 5 miles, shops, pub and restaurants within walking distance. TV/DVD in lounge and TV which has access to ITV Catch up, BBC, Netflix, Now TV, BT Sports and Brit Box and TV in the dining area . This property is suitable for 4 adults and 2 children (aged 16 years or below).
