Located close to the Quantock Hills this property enjoys wonderful walks from the doorstep. The picturesque village of West Monkton is just one mile away and boasts a popular pub the perfect end to a long walk through the countryside. Ideally located to explore both coastlines Weston-Super-Mare Seaton Lyme Regis and Exmouth are all within easy reach. Other nearby attractions include the historic spa city of Bath the country s smallest city Wells and a selection of National Trust properties and gardens. Inside the accommodation is open-plan and inviting with exposed beams stone flooring and original fireplaces. At one end a charming kitchen contains an electric oven and hob dishwasher fridge with ice compartment and microwave. Once prepared dine at the table nearby where a pretty window seat can be enjoyed. After a long day on foot the lounge area beyond with a large inglenook fireplace and woodburner is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a cosy evening in. This area benefits from a flatscreen TV/DVD and selection of games to keep the whole family entertained. From the lounge you can enter the conservatory which provides uninterrupted countryside views creating the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee. Accessed via cottage style stairs two charming bedrooms are located on the first floor. One double and one twin the bedrooms feature exposed beams cottage windows and wooden doors and share a bathroom with compact shower over bath and WC. French doors open out from the conservatory and the kitchen area onto a sunny patio with picnic bench and BBQ. This gives way to a large enclosed garden overlooking the surrounding countryside.
