In an ideal location it s almost hidden away in one of Harrogate s affluent neighbourhoods. Convenient for the Convention Centre and Yorkshire Events Centre. It is very close to the Yorkshire Dales and North Yorkshire Moors so makes the perfect base from which to explore the glorious Yorkshire landscape and its many stunning natural sights. The breath-taking Nidderdale and Wensleydale beyond are just a short drive away and to the South West drive through some of the most dramatic Dales scenery within minutes. The medieval city of York is close by and easily accessible by train or car. Step through into this contemporary cottage by the side entrance into a stunning spacious open-plan kitchen/diner which is a superb light-filled room overlooking the pretty enclosed lawned garden. The well-equipped kitchen area fitted with fridge/freezer dishwasher microwave electric oven and hob is the perfect spot to enjoy cooking and dining there is a small snug next to the French Doors ideal for reading a book There s a separate laundry area as well housing a washing machine and dryer. Step into the delightful lounge where you can settle down to watch a movie with the wood burner adding to its cosy feel. Heading upstairs you will find two light and bright bedrooms a king-size master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe area a pretty white iron bed and a twin zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made up as a king-size on request) that overlooks the rear garden. Also on this floor is the stylish family bathroom with roll-top bath as well as a walk-in shower and WC. Venturing outside through the French windows is your own cottage garden which has a large lawned area and patio where you can enjoy the early morning sunshine. This is also perfect for dogs and children to play in. A south west pretty cottage garden area to the front . Parking is at the front of the cottage with no restriction. Need to know: 2 Bedrooms 1 king size and 1 twin zip and link (which can be made up as a super king size on request). 1 Bathroom with bath and separate shower.
