This renowned Cotswold village is packed with things to see and do to suit all tastes. Enjoy exploring the Motor Museum and take a stroll through the Model Village and for enthusiastic walkers and cyclists there is access to the Winchcombe and Cotswold Way established paths covering this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Further afield are Cheltenham famed for the Gold Cup Oxford and Stratford-upon-Avon. The area is also well served by the National Trust with Snowshill Manor Hidcote Gardens Chastleton House and Chedworth Roman Villa. Other attractions include Cotswolds Farm Park Cotswold Wildlife Park Weston Arboretum Blenheim Palace Slimbridge Wildfowl and Wetland Gloucester Waterways Museum and the Cotswold Water Park all within 25 miles. The cottage is set within the peaceful backwaters of Bourton on the Water forming part of a pretty terrace of stone cottages. The charming frontage with climbing roses and shuttered windows offers guests a friendly welcome. A spacious lounge awaits with stylish interiors and comfortable seating with a Smart TV a well-equipped kitchen provides space for preparing meals along with a small seating area that s great for a morning coffee. For dining a dining room with generously sized table and chairs Smart TV and garden views. A cottage staircase leads to the first floor where guests have the choice of 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms. A king-size room with en-suite shower and WC a super-king-size room and a single room (with pull out bed suitable for a child only). A shared bathroom with shower over bath and WC completes this floor. The cottage has an enclosed courtyard garden to the rear with table and chairs perfect for summer dining. There is allocated private parking for 2 cars.
