The popular seaside town of Ilfracombe is only five miles away from the cottage and has many shops pubs and restaurants for visitors to discover. Surfers will love the golden sandy beaches at Woolacombe Croyde and Saunton whilst the rugged beauty of Exmoor is a must for hikers. This perfect family cottage is situated on a 20 acre farm and is 1 of 5 holiday properties on the complex and offers a unique holiday experience with so much to see and do off and on site! The property is conveniently laid out all on one floor and has a spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with dining area seating for four people. The kitchen is fitted out with an electric oven fridge/freezer microwave and handy washing machine. On cooler evenings why not snuggle up in the lounge and make use of the TV DVD player Freeview video player and Hi-Fi. The cottage also has a large double bedroom and one bedroom with three single beds. The bathroom has a shower over bath and WC. Outside to the front of the cottage there is a fully enclosed garden with patio area and garden furniture. Why not relax and purchase a disposable BBQ on site and dine alfresco? Onsite activities -Meet the farm animals (many of which are rescue animals) such as horses alpacas pigs donkeys rabbits chickens guinea pigs and ducks. This holiday offers a unique chance to let children enjoy nature in a farm setting thanks to the toddler friendly pets corner with pond dipping and animal handling - Indoor play barn (shared) with pool table table tennis and other games perfect for those with a competitive streak. -Library that is well stocked with books children s toys and videos for everyone to enjoy. -Outside play area with swings and slide.
