Situated on a small holiday complex just outside the coastal village of Charmouth the beautiful 30 acre site includes two small lakes and a 4 star hotel which has a Café Bar restaurant and Spa facilities. Located on the Jurassic Coastal Path diversion with access from the doorstep to more than 250 miles of wonderful coastal walks the property is situated on the West Dorset/East Devon border so you are ideally placed for touring both counties. A short distance away the World Heritage site of Lyme Regis and its famous Cobb harbour bright boats narrow streets and fossil-rich cliffs also boasts a good choice of shops inns restaurants and cafes. Sidmouth Seaton and the old fishing village of Beer are a short drive away and there are many other attractions to discover including Pecorama Beer Caves Seaton Tramway Crealy Bicton Park Burrows Farm Gardens Killerton and Knightshayes Court. The Jurassic Coastal Bus stops at the bottom of the drive making it very convenient for journeys out without the car. Stepping inside the beautifully presented accommodation the open-plan lounge/dining/sleeping area is compact yet light and airy. There is a separate kitchen equipped with an electric hob and oven microwave fridge with freezer compartment where you can prepare romantic meals for two. Enjoy a cup of coffee or leisurely meal at the bistro-style dining table in the main living accommodation before settling down for a cosy evening in front of the Smart TV or perhaps watch a DVD on the Blu-ray player. Enjoy a restful night s sleep in the double bed and completing the accommodation is a light and bright shower room with WC. Immediately outside the property is a small shared open courtyard area with a table and chairs. There is also a shared lawn area with seating and a BBQ for enjoying al fresco meals together with beautifully maintained shared gardens and two lakes for romantic strolls. Between May and September guests are also invited at the Hotels discretion to use the shared heated outdoor swimming pool additional charges apply - guests can book a 50 minute slot each day for the pool (maximum 1 slot per household per day) there will be a non-refundable payment of 2 per person details of the booking system will be displayed in the property on arrival. Ample off road parking. Access to the property is either via a set of external steps or longer flat path to the courtyard. Shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer at small charge. Lovely walks through the shared grounds to Charmouth and Lyme Regis. Beach, pubs, restaurant and shops within walking distance. Private water supply, the water is not suitable for drinking, but it is fine for showering and boiling. Bottled water will be left in the property for drinking.
