This wonderful pod nestles in a stunning riverside position with a beautiful countryside backdrop. Set within a private enclosure next to the local pub you have everything you need on your doorstep. This unique retreat boasts a private hot tub and fire pit the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring the local area. You can enjoy peaceful walks from the doorstep or head south and you are in the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty which offers lovely old coastal towns of Salcombe and Dartmouth where you can browse the many independent shops galleries restaurants and cafes. Other places of interest and attractions accessible from here include The South Devon Railway the historic naval city of Plymouth the cathedral city of Exeter Pennywell Farm and Haldon Forest. Step inside the beautiful pod and you will see the brilliantly designed and very comfortable studio-style lounge/kitchen/diner/sleeping area. The lounge area features a cosy sofa and Smart TV with views overlooking the garden. This space has been well thought out and has ample room to relax and dine perfect after exploring what South Devon has to offer during the day. The kitchen is compact yet perfectly appointed and boasts all the essentials including a two ring gas hob combi microwave oven and fridge with an ice compartment. The sleeping area has a comfortable king-size bed and next to this you will see the well laid out shower room with WC. Moving outside you will step on to a lovely decked area with the River Avon next to you making it the perfect place to relax. The decking area overlooks a stunning garden area and also features your own private hot tub and fire pit making it a great spot to spend your holiday with your favourite drink or enjoy relaxing in the Sauna (dry heat).Private off-road parking for one car is available in the car park directly outside. Need to know: 1 sleeping area with king size bed. 1 shower room with shower and WC. 2 ring gas hob, combi microwave oven and fridge with ice compartment. Smart TV in the lounge area. Towels and linen provided. Garden with decked patio area and fire pit. Private hot tub woodfiredtub (first large box of wood provided, additional wood can be purchased directly from the owner). Sauna (dry heat) shared additional cost of 1 per session (38 mins). Private off road parking for 1 car. Dogs must be kept on a lead. Beach 11 miles, shop 10 miles and pub within walking distance.
