Once part of the historic Enys Estate and placed close to the waterside town of Penryn this property is positioned in a courtyard setting next door to the owner s residence. There are plenty of walks and mining trails to explore nearby Penryn offers various eateries and pubs while Falmouth offers a charming mix of shops art galleries cafes and restaurants serving locally caught seafood. Enjoy a meander around Falmouth Harbour the third largest natural harbour in the world or take a leisurely stroll up to the historic Pendennis Castle and enjoy an ice-cream overlooking the panoramic views of Falmouth Bay and over to the fishing village of St Mawes. The garden is perfect for relaxing in and is fully enclosed so ideal for dogs. There is parking for two cars on the gravelled drive.
