This delightful cottage has been renovated to a high standard and benefits from a fantastic location in Worcestershire less than 3 miles from the Cotswolds AONB. The village is home to The Fleece Inn a half-timbered medieval farmhouse restored by the National Trust into a traditional countryside country pub. The popular village of Broadway is 6 miles away and is well known as being the Gateway to the Cotswolds and has an array of independent shops eateries and pubs. The cottage is also within easy reach of Stow on the Wold (14 miles) Bourton on the Water (18 miles) and Moreton in Marsh (12 miles) making it very easy to explore the very best of the Cotswolds. Step into the cottage and head straight into the lounge/diner with comfortable sofas a Smart TV and a dining table that will seat four. The property has been lovingly renovated to a high standard creating a real home-from-home feel. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a night in with an electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher coffee machine and washing machine. There is a breakfast bar with seating to enjoy your morning coffee. Moving upstairs you will find two bedrooms one with a double bed the other with a king size. There is a bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC. Between the two rooms there is a workspace ideal for anyone needing to work remotely. Heading through the kitchen there is access to a lovely courtyard garden with outdoor seating and a charcoal BBQ. The addition of a range of plants has created a lovely space to relax after a busy day of exploring. At the front of the property there is space on the road for two cars to park but due to the property being on a set of terraced houses it is subject to availability. 2 dogs welcome.
