A sheltered crescent of sand under the Brunel viaduct between Paignton and Churston, popular with families and steam railway watchers. It is on Torbay's restricted list, closed to dogs all season; Elberry Cove, a short walk round the point, is open to dogs all year.

THE SMALL PRINTDogs are not allowed on Broadsands Beach between 1 May and 30 September. Assistance dogs are permitted all year.
