Perfectly situated within the Jurassic Coast a hugely diverse and beautiful landscape and a World Heritage site. The property itself is set in quiet surroundings a short walk along the River Frome to Wareham a thriving market town. For wildlife enthusiasts walkers and cyclist you are just a short distance from RSPB s Arne Nature Reserve where BBC s Autumn Watch was filmed and is famous for sika deer and bird watching. There is easy access to the world-famous towns and villages of Corfe Castle Kimmeridge Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door. Just a little further afield are Dorchester Poole Harbour and Bournemouth. Other attractions in the area include Studlands sandy beach Swanage Steam Railway Bovington Tank Museum and Monkey World. Enter the welcoming entrance hall with space to hang coats and store shoes before exploring the property. First you will come to a games room with comfy seating a multi-games table and a selection of board games to keep everyone entertained throughout the stay just next door to this room is a handy separate WC. Heading through to the well-equipped open plan large kitchen/dining area with electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher. This area is a large entertaining area with a dining table that seats 8 you can also access the garden through the large double patio doors from here. A separate utility room houses a washing machine. After a busy day exploring head into the lounge with comfy seating to sit and relax whilst watching your favourite film on the Smart TV. An additional dining table is situated at the end of the beautiful spacious lounge with additional seating. A the rear of the house is a light and bright conservatory this is snug area with a sofa with board games available. Head up to the first floor where you will find the properties four bedrooms a master Kingsize with TV and en-suite shower and WC a twin a double room with en-suite shower and WC and finally a king-size. Completing the inside of the accommodation is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Head outside to the patio area with garden furniture and a lawn area for your four-legged friends to run whilst the children play. There is off-road parking to the front of the property for three cars. Need to know: 4 bedrooms 2 king size, 1 doubles and 1 twin (1 single futon available in games room On request). 2 en suite shower rooms, 1 bathroom and 1 separate WC.
